What you will do

Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing waste, and improving overall operational performanceDevelop and maintain a comprehensive process mapping system that documents current processes, identifies bottlenecks, and highlights opportunities for improvementDesign, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of process improvements and ensure alignment with organizational goalsCollaborate with management to prioritize process improvement projects based on potential impact, resource availability, and strategic importanceUtilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to drive process optimization projects from inception through to successful completionOversee the development and delivery of process excellence training programs to build organizational capability and embed a culture of continuous improvementFacilitate the adoption of new technologies and automation tools that support process improvement and operational excellence initiativesConduct post-implementation reviews for completed projects to assess outcomes, quantify benefits realized, and identify lessons learned for future process improvement effortsIdentify, develop and lead warehouse and logistics CIP projects to realize process optimization, cost saving, risk reduction, as well as effficiency and EHS improvementLead or participate warehouse and logistics relevant projects, including both local ones and global ones participated by all tesa regions. Serve as the principal liaison with project team and management to ensure effective and timely communication of project progress, issues, and plans for resolution of those issuesWork closely and effectively with cross-functional teams and other tesa regions, to provide strategy and input in business development proposalsEnsure that work is conducted in compliance with professional standards and SOPs, and meet quality and timeline metricsServe as regional key users for warehouse and logistics related process from both technical and business operations view. Train local key users and work with global key users on process improvement and new process creationComplete other tasks assigned by superiors

What you will need

Education Background

Bachelor and aboveMajor in Logistics/Operations/Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related fields are preferred

Skills/Capabilities/Working Experience Requirement

3 years and above related experienceRich background in operational improvement and process optimization. Hands-on experience in leading projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing waste within various organizational contextsProficient in statistics, project management, six sigma, and lean operations

Languages, Certificates and Skills

CET 4, good at both speaking and writingCertificates and/or skills in six sigma, lean management, project management and change managementStrong analytical skills. Has the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to conquer obstacles in a timely mannerAbility to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical usersStrong interpersonal skills and demonstrated team skillAbility to create routine reports and system documentationProficient in Microsoft Office. Ability of database and SQL is preferredBe able to learn new knowledge and skills based on working requirements
