Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to manage large key accounts and establish solid relationships at all levels, demonstrating excellent account leadership, professionalism, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual sales and key account plans in line with approved Annual Operating Plans.
  • Develop and maintain sales channels, including distribution, dealers, and converters.
  • Prepare and execute monthly and quarterly sales forecasts, meeting all sales and AR collection targets.
  • Collect market information and analysis, including market size, market trends, new products, and customer trends, and report back internally in a timely fashion.
  • Accomplish other tasks as assigned by superior.

Requirements

  • Strong strategic mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • 7+ years of successful experience in managing large key accounts, with a good track record.
  • Skilled in developing solid sales and negotiation skills with customers.
  • Problem-solving, product knowledge, technical understanding.
  • Confident and able to work under pressure, with strong interpersonal skills and good execution capability.
  • University graduate.
  • Experience in printing and die-cutting factories or related industries is preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written communication in English.
  • Able to travel throughout the sales territory.
