AP Specialist II

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AP Specialist II to join our team at BTC Electronic Components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of processing vendor invoices, credit memos, and internal expenses.

Responsibilities:

• Process incoming vendor invoices, credit memos, and internal expenses for verification and payment
• Set up new vendor accounts and maintain existing ones in accordance with company policies
• Match vendor invoices to open purchase orders for authenticity and accuracy
• Perform account reconciliations and investigations as necessary
• Communicate with internal departments and vendors to resolve queries and discrepancies
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the AP function

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in an accounts payable environment
• Fluent English language skills, with native-level Chinese language skills a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
