Ecommerce Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Specialist to join our team at Continental. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating strategic and tactical initiatives to increase eCommerce sales target achievement.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate strategic and tactical initiatives to increase eCommerce sales target achievement
• Provide end-to-end support for daily operations with eCommerce platforms, procedure operation, and sales target achievement
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the success of eCommerce-related projects
• Prepare monthly and quarterly internal eCommerce reports and daily admin tasks achievement
• Manage day-to-day operations across our eCommerce platform partners
• Grow sales in terms of volume, profit, etc.
• Coordinate with eCommerce channels to ensure monthly order achievement, including order placement, production plan capacity, and logistics transportation
• Maintain and optimize eCommerce working procedures and cooperation
• Regularly report on sales performance, including sell-out FC with development curve, product mix, sales policy, and promotions, KPI review
• Plan, execute, and monitor performance marketing campaigns for EC platforms onsite media or external media landing
• Drive EC sales through innovative, effective, and cost-efficient marketing or merchandising programs
• Coordinate with internal functions to make campaigns alive on schedule
• Online marketing key index analysis, including ROI, UV/PV, Conversion Rate
• Responsible for project operation to support new EC project achievement
• Project execution, monitoring, improvement, and communication

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing or commercial or engineering background
• Good English and communication skills
• Experience in managing franchise networks is a plus
• 1 year of working experience in channel and e-business with a multinational company is a plus, within the auto industry is a plus
• Vendor management experience with advanced supply chain management knowledge is a plus
• Process experience of order and supply chain operation
• Advanced experience in cooperation with external customers and vendor teams
• Multi-international company working or cooperation experience is a plus
