Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Reduction Project Manager to join our team at Danfoss. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cost reduction pipelines and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement cost reduction pipelines and projects to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams involved in pipeline and project activities.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to implement cost reduction activities and ensure successful project execution.
  • Conduct cost reduction workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all projects meet quality and delivery requirements before handing them over to line production.
  • Align project activities with business strategy and priorities.
  • Participate in supplier strategy reviews and provide input to management and category teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, with at least 3-5 years of project management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, particularly in IATF16949.
  • Project management skills, with PMP certification preferred.
  • Supplier management skills and experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive results.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to work in a multinational environment.
