Field Medical Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Affairs Lead to join our team in China. As a key member of our Medical team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) across various therapeutic areas, including neurology and immunology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of MSLs in China, providing strategic guidance and support to optimize scientific engagement with medical experts.
- Develop and manage the MSL team budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute medical projects, including national scientific meetings, symposia, and post-market clinical studies.
- Provide medical expertise and support to internal stakeholders, including commercial teams and R&D.
Requirements
- Master's degree in clinical medicine, pharmaceutical science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical medical affairs, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading and coaching scientific/medical personnel at all skill and knowledge levels.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including medical strategies and market trends.
