The Role
This position will oversee the management of a portfolio of warehouse properties and tenants in southwestern China, including Yunan, Guizhou, Sichuan, and Chongqing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of property management staff to manage the portfolio and ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee the performance of service providers at the respective properties and implement improvement works.
- Develop and manage budgets for operating expenses and capital expenditures.
- Supervise arrear management processes for the portfolio and ensure timely resolution.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Degree holder with a strong background in property management or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in property management, with a focus on managing a portfolio of properties.
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM) certification is preferred.
- Excellent command of both Mandarin and English languages.
- Engineering background is an asset.
