Your responsibilities will revolve around intricate transformation initiatives:

  • Progressive enhancement of sector-specific business and operational frameworks, emphasizing digital transformation, Industry 4.0, and IoT.
  • Assistance in the formulation and execution of cohesive IT strategies and their corresponding support processes (Procurement, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Logistics, HR, etc.).
  • Evaluation and refinement of organizational structures and governance frameworks.
  • Implementation and introduction of management tools and systems.
  • Process organization within the IT domain.
  • Management of projects and programs utilizing both traditional and agile methodologies.
Your Profile

Are you an analytical individual with strong interpersonal and communication abilities, who is inquisitive and enjoys collaborating with others? Alongside a high level of personal initiative and an entrepreneurial mindset, you should possess the following key attributes:

  • A strong enthusiasm for digitalization and information technology.
  • Exceptional academic credentials (Master's, MBA, PhD).
  • A minimum of four years of professional experience in consulting or relevant project work.
  • A strategic perspective.
  • A comprehensive understanding of fundamental commercial processes.
  • Solid knowledge of standard consulting methodologies and tools, ideally including project management (e.g., PMP / Prince 2, SCRUM) and IT management certifications (e.g., ITIL, Cobit).
  • Creativity and a readiness to assume responsibility.
  • A willingness to travel typical of consulting roles.
  • Fluency in both German and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus (e.g., Chinese).
