Marketing and Product Strategy Manager

About the Role:
Ferring Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Product Strategy Manager to join our team in China. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and product success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing and product strategies to meet business objectives
- Design and implement marketing activities and programs to engage target audiences
- Conduct market research to inform marketing decisions and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Manage key opinion leaders (KOLs) and key account (KA) relationships to build strong partnerships
- Develop product key information, sales manuals, and conduct product training to ensure sales teams are equipped to succeed
- Design and develop product promotional materials, including digital assets, sales tools, and educational materials
- Provide regular working reports to the marketing team to ensure transparency and accountability
- Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager to support the marketing team's goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Strong marketing and product strategy skills with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
