Role Overview

The Therapeutic Product Marketing Manager will oversee the management and expansion of our therapeutic product line. This position entails strategic planning, market analysis, new product innovation, brand development, and marketing strategies, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute detailed brand strategies and marketing initiatives for therapeutic products.
  • Evaluate and interpret brand performance and market dynamics to guide strategic choices, including pricing, sales tactics, and implementation methods.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify customer requirements, market trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Lead product launches and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution.
  • Oversee the implementation and monitoring of all sales and marketing-related initiatives to achieve revenue and profit objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams on product design, distribution, and specification adjustments as necessary.
  • Facilitate training for field and customer service teams regarding brand/product introductions or enhancements, along with new marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and corporate policies in all marketing endeavors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the pet industry.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines and work within time constraints.
  • A passionate and driven individual, eager to learn and expand their marketing expertise.
  • Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrated sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and strong team spirit, with notable leadership capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage various stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal skills to build robust relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Confident, personable, and professional demeanor at all times.
