Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Development Manager. As a key member of our industrial goods division, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue in the region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and grow customer relationships;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies;
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform business decisions;
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial goods sales and end-user development;
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field such as Sales & Marketing, Business, or Trade;
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships;
  • Excellent communication, organization, and managerial skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in energy and power, aerospace military industry, rail transit, or construction industries;
  • PMP certification is a plus;
  • Fluency in English (written and oral).
