About the Department
Novo Nordisk's Obesity Business Department is a newly established business unit in the Greater China region. Our mission is to provide a comprehensive solution for obesity treatment, combining high-quality products, advanced technology, and personalized services.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead a team of business development specialists to drive market expansion, including developing new hospitals, clinics, and channels.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in assigned regions.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team with a strong focus on regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate pharmaceutical accessibility and market competitiveness.
- Develop and execute regional business plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase market share.
- Ensure effective cost control and manage team expenses to meet company standards.
- Maintain high standards of commercial ethics and compliance.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or business development.
- 2+ years of experience in team management and leadership.
- 4+ years of experience in external customer management and internal sales.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and market expansion.
- Results-driven, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and commercial ethics.
- Able to mentor and develop team members.
