Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Operations Coordinator to join our team at Alexander McQueen (Shanghai) Trading Limited. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our stores, including stock management, sales data analysis, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Retail Director to develop and implement retail SOPs and policies.
  • Optimize store stock management and ensure smooth routine store transfers and returns.
  • Support retail business by analyzing sales data to inform business strategy.
  • Participate in inter-departmental projects to improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support for in-store events and new store openings.
  • Support the team in national Retail Excellence Projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail operations role.
  • Strong communication skills and good command of English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Initiative, multi-tasking, and service-oriented mindset.
