Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Director to lead the development and execution of our regional talent acquisition strategy across markets and functions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategic and operational goals, providing leadership to the talent acquisition team, and developing their capabilities and competencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional talent acquisition strategy to achieve strategic and operational goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize team workload, and drive effective recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition operations, senior directors, and other TA functions to optimize processes and set priorities.
  • Establish and maintain market and industry expertise to identify opportunities to improve talent acquisition results.
  • Drive the implementation of global initiatives through collaborative partnerships with regional counterparts, HR, and additional teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in recruiting, including global recruiting experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in managing recruiters and projects to achieve organizational goals.
  • Retail or FMCG industry experience and deep knowledge of the footwear, apparel, or retail industry.
  • Track record of success driving a holistic recruitment strategy.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship building, and executive level client management and influencing skills.
  • Strong project management and implementation skills.
  • Capabilities of change management and problem solving.
