Sales Representative, Zhejiang Branch

About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily sales activities, including prospecting, submission, and customer visits, to achieve sales targets.
• Meet monthly and annual sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
• Create a weekly activity plan based on last week's sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
• Ensure timely premium collection and provide excellent after-sales service to customers.
• Implement best practices in sales and marketing as outlined in the company's handbook.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Prior sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Hardworking, energetic, and able to work under pressure, with a strong work ethic and a results-driven attitude.
• Open-minded, self-motivated, and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Good team player with the ability to work across various departments.
• Experience working in a foreign trade industry or on overseas projects is a plus.
