About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team at Atlas Copco in Zhejiang/Shanghai. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records, reports, and data to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Travel to customer sites and attend industry events to build relationships and promote our products.

Requirements

  • University degree or above in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or business administration.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the compressor industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
