Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate New Sales Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and new customers, leveraging your expertise in sales and business development to drive revenue growth.
  • Build Strong Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and meet customer needs.
  • Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Stay current on industry trends and developments, applying that knowledge to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Experience: 3+ years of sales experience in a related industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Results-Driven: A results-driven individual with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
