Your Role
As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will play a key role in enhancing our market share and achieving sales targets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing sales plans, including hospital development strategies, to drive business growth.
- Managing key customer relationships, arranging regular visits, and gathering customer insights to deliver tailored product information.
- Executing sales and marketing activities, gathering feedback, and delivering key product information to ensure accurate prescriptions through scientific promotion.
- Collecting and analyzing market information, providing timely feedback to management.
- Collaborating with the marketing department to organize promotional events, such as PPT lectures and round table meetings with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent communication, selling, and presentation skills.
- A customer-focused approach.
- Strong organizational skills.
