Medical Sales Representative

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for driving sales growth and increasing Stryker's presence in the market through strategic planning and execution in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goals.
- Collaborate with the Business Director/Sales Manager to formulate sales plans and activities aligned with local market strategies, identifying market-specific needs, trends, and opportunities for business growth.
- Maintain a network of cooperative relationships with business partners (dealers) and customers.
- Prepare regular sales performance analyses, forecasts, and identify critical issues.
- Explore new accounts and business opportunities to expand Stryker's customer base.
- Compile market trend reports, consumer habits, and competitor information on a monthly basis.
- Utilize customer feedback to drive high-quality service and expand the business portfolio.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in medicine or medical-related field, or sales and marketing-related area.
- At least 3 years' relevant experience in medical devices or healthcare industry.
- Prefer experience in, or direct exposure to, the healthcare product or medical device industry.
- Proven record in channel management.

- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with good negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain key business relationships internally and externally.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment.
