Medical Sales Representative

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for driving sales growth and increasing Stryker's presence in the market through strategic planning and execution in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goals.
  • Collaborate with the Business Director/Sales Manager to formulate sales plans and activities aligned with local market strategies, identifying market-specific needs, trends, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Maintain a network of cooperative relationships with business partners (dealers) and customers.
  • Prepare regular sales performance analyses, forecasts, and identify critical issues.
  • Explore new accounts and business opportunities to expand Stryker's customer base.
  • Compile market trend reports, consumer habits, and competitor information on a monthly basis.
  • Utilize customer feedback to drive high-quality service and expand the business portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in medicine or medical-related field, or sales and marketing-related area.
  • At least 3 years' relevant experience in medical devices or healthcare industry.
  • Prefer experience in, or direct exposure to, the healthcare product or medical device industry.
  • Proven record in channel management.

  • Results-oriented with good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain key business relationships internally and externally.
