Your Role

As a Medical Representative - Anticoagulant Products - Hangzhou, you will be responsible for executing the company's market strategy to create and exceed sales targets. You will effectively manage target clients, understand their needs, and arrange visits to ensure the correct transmission of product information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
  • Manage and prioritize target clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Organize and deliver presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products.
  • Collaborate with experts to ensure that medical professionals have the correct information to make informed decisions.
  • Assist in organizing regional promotional meetings and events.
  • Support the sales team in completing tenders and medical insurance-related tasks.
  • Provide timely and accurate market feedback and update databases with current visit information.

Requirements

  • Medical degree or higher.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen, learning ability, and sales skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with medical experts.
  • Strong innovation and entrepreneurial skills.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure.
