Medical Representative

Bristol Myers Squibb is a leading biopharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming patients' lives through science. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed regional sales targets through rigorous product academic promotion.
- Implement market manager-defined market strategies, identifying and collaborating with key healthcare professionals (HCPs) to achieve promotional plans.
- Gain in-depth understanding of key HCPs in the region and those responsible for the area.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key HCPs, understanding client (medical) needs.
- Meet and maintain company requirements for visit frequency, knowledge, skills, behavior, and personal image.
- Provide direct manager with information on BMS promotional material effectiveness.
- Develop and enhance professional knowledge through training, conferences, and self-study of medical literature.
- Share knowledge and experience with team members.

Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles, the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients, or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
