Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team in Hangzhou, China. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing daily sales operations and maintaining relationships with customers and channels. You will also be responsible for expanding Galderma's product sales in China, planning and executing product promotions and sales, and achieving company sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize sales value and growth by implementing product marketing strategies and launching new products in the market.
  • Provide professional product support to customers and channels.
  • Maintain existing customer relationships and communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Expand new customer relationships and identify business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and provide regular market feedback to the company.
  • Collaborate with company employees to ensure smooth work operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as medicine, pharmacy, or biology.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • Strong learning ability and knowledge of the medical industry market environment.
  • Passion for sales work and ability to self-motivate and handle pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and successful sales record.
