Senior Regional Trade Activation Manager, Injectable Aesthetics, Hangzhou

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Regional Trade Activation Manager to join our team at Galderma. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving growth by defining aesthetic area marketing strategy regionally, planning and tracking strategy execution and tactics from consumer behavior, consumer insights, and market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual marketing calendars, aligning with sales departments and stakeholders to drive sales growth.
- Support regional sales managers in developing promotion strategies and plans to engage key stakeholders, including CEOs, purchasing teams, COOs, HCPs, consultants, and end-users.
- Establish strong business communication between sales and marketing teams, facilitating monthly sales meetings, reviewing sales KPIs, improving product effectiveness, and developing evaluation methodologies for trade marketing events.
- Track and analyze regional programs to optimize return on investment, allocating budgets for trade promotional plans to maximize returns.
- Develop and organize regional marketing programs based on central marketing strategies, creating tailored initiatives for various stakeholders, focusing on HCPBC training, CEO/COO forums, and in-clinic patient events.
- Collaborate with central marketing brand teams and trade strategy managers to roll out new product launch plans.
- Develop and maintain relationships with national and local KOLs and speakers.
Requirements:
- University degree in a business-related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in trade marketing functions, preferably in the FMCG, pharmaceutical, and aesthetic industries.
- Strong understanding of consumer insights, regulatory requirements in China, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel, PPT, and English language.
