Your Role: Retail Key Account Manager - Hangzhou/Taizhou

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets with key pharmacy chain businesses;
  • Negotiate and collaborate with pharmacy chain businesses to design and implement market campaigns aligned with our market strategy;
  • Drive the implementation of market campaigns for each pharmacy chain business and conduct regular business reviews;
  • Support Retail MRs in executing market campaigns in pharmacy stores within the assigned territory;
  • Contribute to market access initiatives and collect market information as requested;
  • Ensure individual actions align with Bayer's LIFE values, compliance guidelines, and company regulations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a medical or related field;
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in the pharmacy retail industry;
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of key account management;
  • Experience in coordinating and organizing market events;
  • Learning agility and business acumen;
  • Customer-oriented and self-motivated;
  • Ability to work under pressure.
