Your Role: Retail Key Account Manager - Hangzhou/Taizhou
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets with key pharmacy chain businesses;
- Negotiate and collaborate with pharmacy chain businesses to design and implement market campaigns aligned with our market strategy;
- Drive the implementation of market campaigns for each pharmacy chain business and conduct regular business reviews;
- Support Retail MRs in executing market campaigns in pharmacy stores within the assigned territory;
- Contribute to market access initiatives and collect market information as requested;
- Ensure individual actions align with Bayer's LIFE values, compliance guidelines, and company regulations.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a medical or related field;
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the pharmacy retail industry;
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of key account management;
- Experience in coordinating and organizing market events;
- Learning agility and business acumen;
- Customer-oriented and self-motivated;
- Ability to work under pressure.
