About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Account Manager to join our Amazon China Global Selling team. As a Compliance Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing world-class support to our Selling Partners, ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and efficient service to Amazon Selling Partners, including the escalation of issues as needed.
  • Evangelize on Compliance requirements and Amazon programs through effective communication with Selling Partners.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, portraying the company in a positive light and effectively managing sensitive issues.
  • Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently with good prioritization.
  • Liaise with other departments as required to resolve Selling Partners' issues and questions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in customer engagement, project management, and/or operations.
  • Experience within a customer service environment, with a desire to expand skills into new areas.
  • Ability to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities.
  • Technical savvy, with a strong understanding of Internet and AI technologies.
  • Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation, with excellent communication and composure skills.
  • Exemplary performance record, particularly with regard to quality and productivity.
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese verbal and written communication.
  • Good data analytical skills, with experience in MS Office Applications (e.g. Excel) and basic knowledge of SQL/VBA/Tableau.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Business acumen in areas of Global ecommerce and retail.
  • Committed customer advocate, with a drive to improve processes and tools.
  • Success in managing dynamic account portfolios, with experience in strategy planning, consulting, or marketing.
  • Data analysis experience, with skills in SQL/Python/R/Spark.
  • Ability to dive into ambiguous cases and sort out solutions, with experience in cross-border ecommerce compliance.
