Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our China commercial team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in providing commercial support to our team, maximizing the distribution, promotional activity, and sales of our WG&S portfolio in the respective channel.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute consumer and on-trade channel promotion activities to increase brand awareness and recognition.
- Deliver distribution, activation, and sales targets through sound planning, trade execution, negotiation, and influencing of customers, in alignment with brand strategies and leveraging on business systems and processes.
- Identify potential business opportunities to increase the distribution and coverage of on-trade channel within the assigned district.
- Build and maintain influential relationships across the customer base to identify and exploit opportunities to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage a set call cycle effectively to maximize productivity, covering key customers across their area of responsibility, recorded and maintained via our CRM system.
- Collect and provide feedback on market information, particularly pricing information and competition activities, to develop relevant action plans.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Proven track record within a sales capacity, ideally within the liquor industry.
- Experience in the FMCG selling environment is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Numerate.
- Above-average presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
