About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Distribution Sales Engineer to join our team at Atlas Copco. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our dealers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with dealers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their sales and service goals.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor dealer performance, provide training and support, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales and service initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and service strategies.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, developing and executing plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on sales performance and dealer relationships.
Requirements
  • University degree or above in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or business.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or technical role, preferably in the compressor industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with dealers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel regularly, with a valid driver's license.
