Director of Ultrasound R&D China

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Ultrasound R&D team in China. As a key member of our Business Group, you will be responsible for driving strategic product development projects across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end product development, from concept to delivery, for medical products with innovative clinical solutions.
- Define and drive the Ultrasound roadmap, maintaining and improving departmental knowledge and expertise.
- Gain agreements on and achieve program objectives, balancing schedule, investment, quality, product cost, scope, and performance requirements.
- Partner with business stakeholders to maximize added value.
- Lead and coach multiple sub-project leaders, identifying and managing project risks and roadblocks.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality management system and business policies.
- Communicate and escalate to program and business stakeholders.
- BS in Engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years of management experience leading leaders.
- 10+ years of management experience in product development or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-discipline and geographically distributed teams.
- Experience in a regulated product development and manufacturing environment.
- Self-driven leader with strong soft skills, leadership, and communication skills.
