About the Role

You will be working as an SDA (Sales Development Associate) to help your SDE (Sales Development Executive) and Sales Teams engage with customers at the right time, with the right key decision maker you have profiled, and the right personalized content.

Your mission will enable the Sales Team to have an insightful next meeting with their customers and contribute to SAP's revenue growth in our MM (Mid-Market) business segment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Engage with customer decision makers at C-Level.
  • Effective objection handling.
  • Best practices in digital prospecting.
  • SAP World Class Solutions.

What You Will Learn

You will gain knowledge on how to:

  • Plan digital engagement strategies and action plans in alignment with the SDA and Sales teams.
  • Avoid the latest marketing and sales tools.
  • Leverage, nurture, and accelerate Marketing digital signals to qualify accounts, identify prospects with the highest propensity to buy.
  • Maintain relationships with decision-makers in targeted companies to drive the decision process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and news.
  • Be proactive in identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Actively participate in succession planning and professional development.
