About the Role

As a Senior Revenue Strategist at Hyatt Regency Huangshan Hengjiangwan, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement revenue strategies to meet or exceed hotel revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and revenue management decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize revenue opportunities.
  • Provide technical accounting leadership and business best practices to ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A university degree in Strategic Marketing, Hospitality/Tourism Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Revenue Manager, Marketing Manager, or Marketing Analyst.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
