Role Summary
The Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is in search of a Guest Experience Manager who embodies a commitment to excellence and brings enthusiasm to every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
1. Proactively gathers feedback from guests and communicates with relevant departments regarding actions taken to address feedback and ensure guest satisfaction.
2. Cultivates and instills a philosophy among staff to surpass guest expectations at every interaction.
3. Ensures that all guest concerns are addressed promptly and courteously.
Desired Qualifications and Skills
1. College degree or relevant certification
2. Minimum of two years of related experience
3. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required
4. Strong communication and computer skills
5. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential, and work authorization in the relevant location is mandatory
