About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Supervisor to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Beijing. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for leading our service staff and ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and care.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct staff and serve guest needs by providing high service standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Co-operate with other Supervisors to finish daily operation and fill-in daily check list.
  • Strictly follow core standards and supervise staff the implementation. Cooperate manager to finish all staff's core standard test.

Requirements:

  • High school education.
  • Minimum two years food service or related work.
  • Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
  • Requires reading and oral English.
  • Mandarin speaking is a must and work authorization in China is required.
