About the Role

You will work as a technical resource for our Ship Electrification Solutions team in Germany, Norway, China, or Korea. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical expertise for electrical power systems
  • Developing solutions for generators, switchboards, transformers, frequency converters, electrical motors, and battery systems
  • Ensuring the quality of our products through continuous improvement and problem-solving
  • Collaborating with Sales, Project Management, and Customers to deliver exceptional results

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in electrical power systems
  • System knowledge, especially of the main components mentioned above
  • A structured and practical approach to work, with a hands-on attitude
  • Excellent skills in MS Office tools and preferably SAP
