Senior EHS Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior EHS Engineer to join our team at Dover Corporation. As a key member of our Supply Chain China team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) management across our operations in Shanghai.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective EHS management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify opportunities for improvement in EHS performance.
- Collaborate with site leadership to develop and implement EHS training programs for employees and contractors.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of EHS data, including audits and inspections.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with EHS regulations.
- National certified safety engineer with a degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or safety.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in E&S management and control, with at least 3 years in a similar position.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work with both internal and external teams.
- Strong analytical and simulation skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective EHS management systems.
- Good knowledge of EHS systems, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and SMETA.
