About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior EHS Engineer to join our team at Dover Corporation. As a key member of our Supply Chain China division, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of our operations in Shanghai.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective EHS management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify opportunities for improvement in EHS performance.
  • Collaborate with site leadership to develop and implement safety training programs and ensure employee compliance.
  • Manage and report EHS expenses and costs to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with local authorities for site EHS inspections and actions tracking.
  • Develop and maintain emergency response procedures and conduct regular drills.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of EHS-related files and documents.
  • Lead internal and external audits of ISO 14001 and 45001.
  • Plan and coordinate subcontractor services for safety and environmental facility maintenance.
Requirements
  • National certified safety engineer.
  • Must have a degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or safety with a bachelor's degree or above from a university.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in E&S management and control, with at least 3 years of experience in DG production sites.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to train, run, and motivate working sessions with internal and overseas teams.
  • Strong analytical and simulation skills.
  • Good change leadership and focus on result-driven performance.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Good knowledge of EHS systems, including ISO 14001 and 45001, and SMETA.
  • 5S knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
