About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team at Arcadis. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality EH&S services to our clients, leveraging your expertise in environmental health and safety, compliance, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement EH&S strategies and solutions for clients across various industries, including construction, automotive, aviation, and more.
  • Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure timely delivery, consistency, and quality of outputs.
  • Support the development of plans, requests for proposals, and tender documents.
  • Work directly with clients, sub-contractors, and internal teams to deliver EH&S projects.
  • Ensure project bids are profitable and meet or exceed financial targets.
  • Undertake project deliverables/report reviews in compliance with our business quality systems.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in EH&S subject areas, preferably within an environmental consultancy.
  • Strong knowledge of local regulations and familiarity with working in multiple provinces.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in team situations and establish strong relationships with other teams.
