About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EHS Director to lead our Environmental Health and Safety function in China. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the protection of our employees, subcontractors, and the environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement EHS programs and initiatives to promote improvements throughout China
  • Lead EHS activities and continual improvement processes across all China regions
  • Provide leadership and advocacy for disciplined EHS programs to ensure legal compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety regulations
  • Work closely with Business Leadership Executive Teams in each region to build a productive, proactive, and effective EHS environment
  • Develop programs and initiatives to promote improvements throughout China
  • Identify and facilitate training as needed
Requirements
  • Experience in EHS leadership and management
  • Strong knowledge of Environmental, Health and Safety regulations and laws
  • Ability to develop and implement EHS programs and initiatives
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
