Job Title: Regional Director for Greater China Health
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to drive exceptional profitable growth in the Greater China region as our Regional Director for Greater China Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading sales teams, developing industry strategies, and managing key customer relationships.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire sales teams across Greater China for the Health segment.
- Develop and implement effective account strategies for major customers.
- Collaborate with segment leaders to develop and manage regional industry strategies.
- Act as the face of our company in interactions with government bodies and industry associations.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share in the Greater China region.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, or a relevant discipline.
- Advanced degree, MBA, MSc, or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in Commercial Sales or Business Development role.
- International mindset with strong understanding of the Greater China market dynamics.
- Strategic vision, innovative thinking, business acumen, and ability to drive and rally cross-functional regional teams.
