Reporting to the Global Marketing Leader in the DuPont Water Solutions division, the Regional Channel Management Manager (CMM) for Greater China will be tasked with developing and leading the regional channel and distribution strategy to meet financial objectives, enhance innovation-driven growth initiatives, and reduce channel conflicts while optimizing channel performance for our distributors, OEMs, and other third-party organizations.

The CMM is expected to be a subject matter expert in establishing a formalized and effective channel program that assesses, designs, onboards, trains, motivates, retains, rewards, measures, and evaluates our regional channels by market segment, region, and technology. Key deliverables will include documented channel execution plans with defined KPIs and programs for alliances, loyalty, and incentives to enhance partner engagement and boost sales performance in alignment with global and regional marketing strategies.

The CMM will collaborate with various teams, including product management, marketing, and the commercial organization, to align on critical success factors for channels by market, technology, and region to achieve regional revenue and growth targets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive and actionable channel strategies aimed at optimizing growth and minimizing conflicts, aligning with the overall DWS business strategy.

• Define and measure specific KPIs and scorecards for each channel partner to achieve revenue growth and increase market share, collaborating with regional commercial leaders to evaluate and track performance by market segment and technology.

• Provide expertise to support the execution of distributor/supply agreements, trademark licenses, and rebate contracts, ensuring compliance with market segment and technology strategies.

• Ensure channel partners receive effective training and are equipped with necessary marketing materials and tools to promote our products.

• Lead the development and execution of alliance, loyalty, and incentive programs to enhance partner engagement and sales performance in alignment with global and regional marketing strategies.

• Gather insights on channel partner needs and preferences to identify market trends, competitive pricing, and intelligence to influence demand forecasting.

• Build and maintain productive relationships with channel partners through a multi-level contact strategy.

• Act decisively and with urgency on initiatives that significantly contribute to achieving our goals while modeling the appropriate behaviors to drive growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven success in channel sales and experience in establishing a channel management program.

• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to collect, analyze data, and communicate insights effectively.

• Highly motivated and results-oriented professional with excellent interpersonal skills.

• A change agent who demonstrates urgency and drives issues to resolution.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field is required; an MBA is strongly preferred.

• Several years of experience in channel management.

• Experience in B2B commercial roles.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Experience working in multicultural and multi-regional environments is preferred.
