Job Description

At DuPont, we are committed to delivering innovative solutions that make a real impact. As a Regional Channel Management Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing a comprehensive channel strategy to drive growth and revenue in the Greater China region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a regional channel strategy that aligns with the overall DuPont Water Solutions business strategy
  • Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate channel partner performance and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on channel critical success factors and market segment strategies
  • Provide subject matter expertise to support the regional commercial leader in executing distributor/supply, trademark license agreements, and rebate contracts
  • Develop and lead the execution of alliance, loyalty, and incentive programs to drive partner engagement and increase sales performance
Requirements
  • Demonstrated channel sales success and experience in setting up a channel management program
  • Business and financial acumen with ability to collect and analyze data and communicate insights effectively
  • Highly motivated and results-driven professional with excellent interpersonal skills, business and financial acumen
  • Change agent who conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure
  • Solid organization skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
