We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Management Leader to join our team at DuPont. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive channel strategy to drive growth and revenue in the Greater China region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a regional channel strategy to achieve financial goals and maximize innovation-led growth programs
- Build and maintain productive business relationships with channel partners, including distributors, OEMs, and other third-party organizations
- Provide subject matter expertise to support the regional commercial leader's execution of distributor/supply, trademark license agreements, and rebate contracts
- Ensure that channel partners are effectively trained and equipped with the necessary marketing collaterals and tools to promote our products
- Develop and lead the execution of alliance, loyalty, and incentive programs to drive partner engagement and increase sales performance
- Collect and analyze data to communicate insights effectively and drive business decisions
- Demonstrated channel sales success and experience in setting up a channel management program
- Business and financial acumen, with ability to collect and analyze data and communicate insights effectively
- Highly motivated and results-driven professional with excellent interpersonal skills
- Change agent who conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure
- Solid organization skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong project management expertise and strategic thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field; MBA strongly preferred
- Years of channel management experience and B2B commercial roles
- Ability to travel up to 25% of time
