Commercial Director, China

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Commercial Director to lead our Greater China commercial team. As a key member of our China management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies in the Chinese market.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the commercial team to achieve sales budget and drive profitable growth in China.
- Develop and implement commercial excellence initiatives to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage sales expenses and optimize distribution channels to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer relationships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in China.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including SHE, QM, and Code of Conduct.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a B2B sales leadership role in China.
- Proven track record of driving profitable sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
