About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Solutions Associate Manager to join our team at Boston Scientific. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our digital strategy, leveraging your expertise in digital platforms, online training, and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain online platforms, including public accounts, mini-programs, and video accounts, to enhance user engagement and coverage.
  • Design and implement online training and education programs, leveraging data-driven insights and collaboration with colleagues and experts.
  • Build and optimize online-offline reward systems, ensuring seamless user experience and engagement.
  • Support the marketing department in creating innovative campaigns for new product launches, focusing on digital dissemination.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the medical device industry, with a strong background in digital platforms or online activity planning.
  • Excellent learning ability, with a capacity to adapt to the rapid evolution of the internet and technology.
  • Strong empathy and ability to adjust communication channels and methods based on target audience needs.
  • High level of innovation and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.

Additional Information:

This role may require occasional business travel.
