Role Overview

In this pivotal role, you will take charge as the product development team leader for NAND component products. Your mission will be to deliver innovative and cost-effective memory solutions while ensuring the quickest time to market. You will continuously align the product roadmap with customer needs and business objectives.

Your responsibilities will encompass product specifications, development, and qualification support. You will collaborate effectively across various internal teams, including memory design, device engineering, product and test engineering, wafer fabrication, field application engineering, quality assurance, operations, marketing, and executive management. Additionally, you will spearhead new process initiatives and enhance existing workflows while representing our team in critical meetings and problem-solving activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product development team in the design, qualification, and ramp-up of NAND component products.
  • Develop and manage program schedules during the planning phase, ensuring accountability for the overall engineering activities and identifying interdependencies.
  • Facilitate regular cross-functional team meetings to ensure adherence to product specifications and timelines.
  • Play a crucial role in resolving issues and escalate unresolved matters to the core product line team.
  • Represent the core product line team in technology discussions and coordinate technical reviews regarding NAND memory readiness.
  • Prepare and review technical documentation for product development and customer applications, including datasheets, application notes, qualification reports, and models.
  • Assess engineering results from various internal teams to ensure technical objectives are met.
  • Prepare and present reports detailing the outcomes of technical projects and provide recommendations for necessary actions.
  • Engage with customers to align NAND product specifications, development schedules, and roadmaps, while evaluating challenges and risks associated with customer requirements.
  • Assist customers in resolving a variety of technical issues.

Qualifications:

  • An advanced degree coupled with 5+ years of relevant experience in the NAND or semiconductor sector is required.
  • Experience in engineering program management is advantageous.
  • Previous experience as a technical lead or in cross-functional team collaboration is a plus.
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with limited resources.
  • Strong leadership, communication (both written and verbal), planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with the strategic goals of the business unit is beneficial.
