About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Product & Test Engineering team member to join our team responsible for engineering and manufacturing support of Western Digital industry-leading SATA and NVMe Solid-State Drives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for SSD test program validation, failure analysis, cost reduction, and yield improvements. They will provide NPI and HVM production support for SSD test development, manufacturing flow improvement, QC failure, and RMA DPPM reduction.
The ideal candidate will work closely with contract manufacturing and corporate internal R&D teams such as Nand, ASIC, Validation, and Firmware to develop and verify proper HVM-friendly manufacturing test processes.
