Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer to join our team and lead the analysis of memory product defects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor manufacturing processes and memory product technology, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analysis on memory product defects from RMA and qualification on wafer level or finished products.
- Define the FA flow for each FA case.
- Generate FA reports and assist product and design engineers to find the root cause of defects.
- Maintain the FA tracking sheet and FA equipment.
- Develop the FA process and FA capability for new products and new technologies.
Requirements
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and memory product technology.
- Understanding of memory product test processes and basic EFA methodology.
- Skills in performing failure analysis with FA tools or methodology such as Delayering, OBIRCH/EMMI, SEM/EDX, FIB, or TEM.
- Good communication, presentation skills, and teamwork spirit.
- Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Familiarity with NAND theory and electrical circuits study will be preferred.
- Experience with NAND device PFA and 3D NAND fabrication process will be preferred.
