About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Manager to join our Digital Solutions team in Shanghai. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our digital strategy, leveraging your expertise in digital platforms and online activities to enhance our brand presence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain our online platforms, including public accounts, mini-programs, and video accounts, to increase their coverage and activity levels.

2. Design and implement online training and education programs, utilizing data-driven insights and collaboration with colleagues and experts to create high-quality content and activities that promote digital transmission.

3. Establish and optimize our online-offline points system, ensuring seamless integration and effective promotion.

4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative and effective communication strategies for new product launches, focusing on digital transmission.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in the medical device industry, with a strong background in digital platforms and online activities or event planning.

Desirable Skills:

1. Strong learning ability, with the capacity to adapt to the rapid development of the internet industry and technology.

2. Excellent empathy and understanding of target audiences, with the ability to adjust communication channels and methods accordingly.

3. Strong innovation and problem-solving skills.

4. Good data analysis skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze online activities or content.

5. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Additional Information:

Occasional business travel may be required.
