Senior Cloud DevOps and AI Service Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud DevOps and AI Service Integration Engineer to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our cross-regional team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our SaaS products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and integrate SAP BTP services into SAP Cloud ALM, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Monitor and analyze the SAP Cloud ALM runtime, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with product development, quality assurance, architecture board, and cloud platform service providers to ensure smooth operations and meet SLA requirements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and learning within SAP Cloud ALM project teams, applying the principles and practices of service reliability engineering.
- 6+ years of experience in cloud service integration/development, DevOps, or similar roles, working with cloud-based SaaS products and services.
- Proficiency in Python, with experience in advanced data processing, rate-limiting/buffering with restful API.
- Knowledge of cloud application design principles and cloud application operations.
- Fluent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.
- Growth mindset with the ability to learn from failures, embrace feedback, and seek new challenges.
