DevOps Engineer for Cloud Services

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team at SAP, responsible for operating Jam deployments in multiple data centers around the world. As a key member of our DevOps team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud services, which support thousands of customers globally.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, participating in root cause analysis and follow-up improvements.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate and deploy new features, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Design and implement efficient DevOps processes, leveraging tools like Git, GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, and Gradle.
- Work closely with the development teams to identify and prioritize improvements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Participate in on-call rotations, providing 24/7 support for critical incidents.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies, including Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, and Docker.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Excellent team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools, such as Git, GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, and Gradle.
- Understanding of modern cloud architectures and security best practices.
- Fluency in English.
