Senior Administrative Support Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Coordinator who will also take on the role of a Billing and Customer Care Representative. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in administrative functions and customer service, particularly in billing. If you have excellent communication skills and a clear American English accent, we invite you to consider joining our team at Bookkeeping By Experts (SMC Private Limited).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to deliver exceptional administrative assistance, ensuring efficient daily operations.
- Manage inbound and outbound customer communications with professionalism and a friendly approach.
- Utilize your knowledge of billing practices to accurately process financial documents.
- Organize schedules and coordinate both virtual and in-person meetings, showcasing your strong organizational skills.
- Prepare high-quality documents, reports, and presentations as required.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable administrative capacity.
- Solid background in customer service, with proven skills in managing phone interactions and resolving inquiries.
- Familiarity with billing procedures and financial transactions.
- Excellent command of American English, characterized by a clear and pleasant accent.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, effectively gathering necessary information and addressing their inquiries.
Additional Information:
- This role requires a commitment of 8 hours per day, 5 days a week, aligned with the US Eastern Time Zone (UTC -5).
- Compensation will be determined based on your education and experience.
